Documents Lost?

It seems Winn and Sims is unable to produce the documents we requested for discovery, so a 30 day extension was granted to allow them to do so. This gives them until August 12.

For all of you that have debt from this company over 7 years old, DISPUTE IT!!! F*ck them! Go to Creditexpert.com, through experian, and get your credit report. If it isn't on there, don't pay them! Dispute it through experian, and if cavalry can't prove it, then you don't have to worry about it. It gets taken off your report.
