Offer For Half

Apparently Winn and Sims heard that I'm fighting it, and they offered to give me half my money back. Right... It's about the principle for me, and I would be willing to pay more than what they took just to get it back.

Also, I forgot to mention that Winn and Sims willfully set aside the default judgment, so we don't have to do the hearing on June 8th.

To prevent damage to the concrete driveway final surface, the sand base needs to be of high quality and clear of any pebbles or other debris.

It sounds like you’re determined to stand your ground on this issue. Sometimes, it's more about setting a precedent and ensuring that situations are handled fairly. If you feel strongly about the principle of the matter, pursuing your claim could not only potentially resolve your issue but also help others who might be in a similar situation in the future. Just make sure to weigh the potential outcomes and consequences to make an informed decision. https://citizenconcierge.org/
